Predesign Stage
- Survey of place for installation.
- Inputs from client, Architect, Interior designer and Project Manager.
- Basic Data Fixation.
Basic & Approval Design Stage:
- Area Calculation
- Estimation of load requirements based on internal layout & other design inputs from client’s end.
- Finalization of equipments location & utility requirements (e.g., HVACCooling load calculations,Electrical loads, Water Pressure, etc.) for the agreed scheme.
- Preparation of layout drawings to facilitate provision of Pipes & Chambers in ground, sleeves in beam, cutouts in slab etc. during civil construction stage itself. Also space requirements for all system.
- Overall co-ordination with other agencies work for check any obstruction or clarification.
Tender Stage:
- Preparation of tender documents including bill of quantities, specifications, contract documents, etc. & inviting quotations.
- Negotiation based on commercial and technical parameters
Execution Stage:
- Electrical & Low Voltage System
- DB & Switch boards Location Layout with Height from FFL.
- Telephone, CCTV, Smock detector & fire alarm system, Computer Lane &wifi, Public address System, Door Phone & Video system, Projector Etc. (as per requirement)
- Electrical Conduit Layout (DB. to Switch board and Switch Board to Point)
- Low voltage Conduit Layout.
- Out Door Lighting (Street Lighting, Garden Lighting & High mast, etc).
- Load Calculation (Connected Load & Maximum Demand, Load Distribution, Load Balancing Etc.)
- Fault calculation
- Lighting Lux Calculation (as per requirement)
- Panel Design & Automation system
- Sub Station (Point of Supply) & DG set backup & synchronized operation for Approval by Electrical inspector & Electrical Supply & distribution Company.
- Electrical Trench & Pipes Layout.
- Cable Layout with Cable route.
- Cable Sizing & Cable Schedule.
- Earthing layout with Earthing Strips & Lightning arrestor.
